Privacy policy

This policy describes how we process the personal data collected through pino-part.com, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection (LOPDGDD).

Data we process

We process only the data you provide through the site’s forms (hotel proposal, distributor application and contact): identification and contact details (name, email, phone), professional details (company or property, position, country, city, type of business, website) and the content of your message. The forms do not store data in the site’s database: submissions are sent by email to the company’s administration mailbox. In addition, the server generates technical logs (IP address, date and time of access) required for the security of the service.

Purpose and legal basis

We use your data to handle your request for information, commercial proposal or distributor application, and for the subsequent correspondence arising from it. The legal basis is the application of pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and the consent you express by ticking the acceptance box (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We make no automated decisions and carry out no profiling.

Retention

We keep the data for as long as necessary to handle your request and any resulting commercial relationship, and thereafter for the periods required by applicable legal obligations.

Recipients

We do not disclose your data to third parties except where legally required. Our web hosting provider, with servers in the European Union, acts as data processor. No international transfers of data outside the European Economic Area take place.

Your rights

You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@pino-part.com, providing proof of your identity. If you consider that the processing does not comply with the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Security

The site is served entirely over HTTPS and we apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.

Minors

This site is aimed at professionals and companies; it is not intended for children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
