Privacy policy
This policy describes how we process the personal data collected through pino-part.com, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection (LOPDGDD).

Data we process
We process the data you provide through the site’s forms — hotel proposal, distributor application, contact, and the website quote questionnaire we send by link to those who request it: identification and contact details (name, email, phone), professional details (company or property, position, country, city, type of business, website), the information about your project you choose to give us in the questionnaire (type of website, content, brand, features, software you use, domain and deadlines) and the content of your message. We do not ask for special categories of data.
How requests are recorded
Each request is stored in the site’s database, in a private record that only authorised company staff can access from the administration panel, and is also sent by email to the sales team’s corporate mailboxes. That way no request is lost even if the email fails.
While you fill in the website questionnaire, your answers are stored only in your own browser, so you do not lose them if you close the page. They do not reach us until you press «Enviar configuración» (send) and are deleted from your browser as soon as the submission completes. You can remove them earlier by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
In addition, the server generates technical logs (IP address, date and time of access) needed for the security of the service.
Purpose and legal basis
We use your data to handle your request for information, commercial proposal, distributor application or website quote, and for the subsequent correspondence arising from it. The legal basis is the application of pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and the consent you express by ticking the acceptance box (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We make no automated decisions and carry out no profiling.
Retention
We keep the data for as long as necessary to handle your request and any resulting commercial relationship, and thereafter for the periods required by applicable legal obligations. If your request does not lead to a commercial relationship, you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Recipients
We do not disclose your data to third parties except where legally required. Our web hosting provider and our email provider, both with servers in the European Union, act as data processors. Usage measurement with Google Analytics is only enabled if you accept it and is governed by the cookie policy, which explains that Google may process that data outside the European Economic Area. Apart from that case, no international data transfers take place.
Your rights
You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@pino-part.com, providing proof of your identity. If you consider that the processing does not comply with the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Security
The site is served entirely over HTTPS and we apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
Minors
This site is aimed at professionals and companies; it is not intended for children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
