Private-label cosmetics is not putting a different label on a bottle. It means accepting that somebody has to answer for that formula before the authorities: who assessed it, what is in it, which allergens it declares, where it is notified and who stands behind it if questions ever come. That is the part nobody sees on the shelf, and the part that decides whether a project ships or stays in a drawer.
We manufacture under our own brands and under our customers’ brands at our plants in Málaga, Valencia and Barcelona, with our own formulation laboratory. What follows is, specifically, what you get when you commission a reference from us.
The dossier for every reference
Each product ships with its technical data sheet, and ours is not a marketing sheet. This is what it contains, and it is verifiable in any of the ones already published:
- Full INCI composition, in regulatory order.
- Physico-chemical specifications: appearance, colour, odour, pH with its range, viscosity and specific gravity or density.
- Fragrance allergens assessed in the finished product, with their percentage, checked against the 0.01 % threshold in Annex III of Regulation (EC) 1223/2009, to establish whether they require individual declaration or are covered by the term “Parfum”.
- Microbiological control to cosmetic ISO standards: mesophilic aerobes (ISO 21149), moulds and yeasts (ISO 16212), Pseudomonas aeruginosa (ISO 22717), Staphylococcus aureus (ISO 22718), Escherichia coli (ISO 21150) and Candida albicans (ISO 18416).
- Stability, mechanical by centrifugation and thermal in an oven.
- PAO plus storage and conservation conditions.
- Directions for use and warnings, written for the end user.
Who answers: the responsible person
Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 requires every cosmetic placed on the EU market to have an identified responsible person, and the product to be notified on the European Commission’s CPNP portal before it goes on sale.
On the projects we manufacture, that role is taken by PINO & PARTNER CREW SL, registered in Madrid, and we file the CPNP notification ourselves. For a brand starting out, that means not having to build a regulatory department before selling its first bottle. If you would rather be the responsible person yourself — some brands want that for strategic reasons — that works too: it changes how responsibilities are split and what documentation we hand over.
Two routes, depending on what you already have
- From our formula library. We start from a formulation already tested, already stabilised and already notified, and work on fragrance, colour, packaging and label. This is the short route.
- Development from your brief. An exclusive formulation in our laboratory, with a full cycle of stability and packaging-compatibility testing. This is the long route, and the one that gives you a formula nobody else has.
Formats we already run as standard
There is no need to design a filling line from scratch: these formats are already in production and can be used as they are under your brand.
- 450 ml capped bottle, compatible with the LA PRO II wall dispenser.
- Sealed 950 ml cartridge with built-in pump for the LA PRO I dispenser, in gel or foam version.
- 1 litre refill.
- 5 litre jerrican and 10 litre drum, with or without a tap.
- Water-soluble capsule of 5 ml and 9 ml, in doypacks of 25, for the single-dose range.
The result, already published
The best way to judge a manufacturer is to look at what it already has on the market. Every product page publishes its pH, its actives and its formats because the dossier exists.

What you will not find on this page
Neither minimum order nor lead times. Not because they are secret, but because they change completely with the product family, the format and whether the formula comes from the library or from development: a generic figure here would be a made-up number and would waste your time.
