Water-soluble single-dose capsules
Professional cleaning capsules that dissolve in the bottle or the bucket: exact dose, no concentrate on anyone’s hands and the EU Ecolabel on the ECO+ line.
Water-soluble capsules —also called sachets, pods or pre-dosed cleaning capsules— are concentrated product inside a film that dissolves in water. Drop the capsule into the bottle or the bucket, wait until it disappears and the product is ready to use. Nothing is opened, decanted or measured.
We manufacture the full range in Spain, under the P&P brand or under our customers’ own brands, in two lines: ECO+ with the EU Ecolabel and the high-performance PRO line.
What a water-soluble capsule is
Each capsule holds between 5 and 20 ml of ultra-concentrated product in a polyvinyl alcohol film that dissolves completely in water. What travels to the site is product, not water: a box of 100 capsules of 9 ml weighs under one kilo and makes 75 litres ready to use. Those same 75 litres in pre-diluted bottles mean 100 containers and 75 kilos of freight.
How to use them, step by step
- Fill the container with water: the 750 ml trigger bottle or the mopping bucket with 5 to 8 litres, depending on the reference.
- Drop in one capsule with dry hands, without piercing or unwrapping it.
- Close it and wait one to two minutes for the film to dissolve. Spray or mop straight away; the floor references need no rinsing.
The film dissolves in cold or lukewarm water, so no hot water is needed to prepare the dilution.
Two lines: ECO+ with EU Ecolabel and PRO
- ECO+ · EU Ecolabel — references licensed under the European eco-label: multi-surface and glass cleaner, limescale bathroom cleaner, aloe vera floor cleaner and laundry detergent. This is the line for green procurement tenders and for customers with sustainability criteria.
- PRO line — high-performance references for operational challenges: kitchen degreaser, ammonia cleaner, floor cleaners in six fragrances, air fresheners, dishwashing, septic tank activator and windscreen cleaner. They carry no eco-label: they are chosen on results.
What changes against ready-to-use bottles
- Exact dosing: one capsule per 750 ml bottle or per 5–8 L bucket. No more “a bit extra” and no wasted product.
- Less freight and less plastic: you ship product, not water, and the trigger bottle is refilled again and again.
- Less storage: a box of 100 doses takes the space of a single 5-litre jerrican and yields fifteen times more.
- More safety: operators never handle concentrate or refill bottles by hand.
- Colour identification: every family has its colour on capsule and label, so nothing gets mixed up on the trolley.
For the 750 ml references we supply printed reusable trigger bottles (boxes of 12) for multi-surface and for bathroom cleaner: the same bottle stays with the operator for months.
Where they are used
Capsules fit wherever there are many cleaning points and little storage: hotels and holiday apartments, catering and industrial kitchens, schools and universities, care homes and healthcare centres, offices and coworking spaces, gyms, cleaning companies with teams spread across several buildings, and professional distribution looking for a range of its own.
If you prefer the traditional format, the same chemistry comes in 5-litre jerricans, and linen is washed with the professional laundry range.
Safety, documentation and compliance
- Always handle with dry hands; never pierce or unwrap the capsule.
- Keep the box closed, away from sunlight and between 5 and 30 °C.
- Keep out of reach of children and in its original packaging.
- Every reference has its technical data sheet, its safety data sheet and its UFI, with the CLP classification printed on the label.
Under your own brand
