P&P is not a catalogue with a phone number behind it. It is a small team where every person has a name, a territory and a clear responsibility — and where whoever answers you today will most likely still be answering you in two years.
That is the part of “trust, closeness and consistency” that cannot go on a data sheet: the plants back the manufacturing, but the relationship is backed by people who have been doing this for a long time.
