The kitchen degreaser capsule is an alkaline degreaser for cooking grease: hoods, filters, griddles, ovens and the tiling around them. One 9 ml capsule in 750 ml of water gives a ready-to-use bottle.
How to use it
Fill the bottle with 750 ml of water, drop in one capsule with dry hands, close and wait one to two minutes. Spray the surface and wipe off. On baked-on grease, let it dwell for 3 to 5 minutes before scrubbing: dwell time does the work that elbow grease does not.
Surface precautions
Do not use on aluminium: alkaline products darken and pit it. Always work on cold or warm equipment, never on a hot griddle, and follow the kitchen protocol for food-contact surfaces.
Safety and documentation
It causes serious eye damage and skin irritation: wear gloves and goggles. Handle capsules with dry hands and keep the box closed between 5 and 30 °C, out of reach of children. Technical data sheet, safety data sheet and UFI are sent when you request information.
